Comprehensive Vascular Physiologic Study
A complete noninvasive assessment of arterial circulation using multiple physiologic vascular tests.
Service Description
A Comprehensive Vascular Physiologic Study is an advanced noninvasive vascular examination that combines multiple physiologic tests to evaluate blood flow throughout the arms or legs. Depending on your symptoms and clinical needs, the study may include Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI), Toe-Brachial Index (TBI), Segmental Pressure Measurements, Pulse Volume Recordings (PVR), Doppler waveform analysis, Digital Pressure Evaluation, and Photoplethysmography (PPG). By combining these specialized tests, the examination helps detect Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), small vessel disease, arterial blockages, and other circulation disorders, while identifying the location and severity of vascular disease. The study is painless, requires no needles or radiation, and typically takes about one hour.
