Digital Pressure Evaluation
Measures blood flow and blood pressure in the fingers or toes to evaluate small vessel circulation.
Service Description
A Digital Pressure Evaluation is a noninvasive vascular test that measures blood pressure and blood flow in the fingers or toes using specialized cuffs and photoplethysmography (PPG) sensors. The examination helps detect reduced circulation caused by small vessel disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), diabetes, Raynaud's disease, or other vascular conditions. It is also commonly used to evaluate wound-healing potential and determine the severity of circulation problems. The study is painless, requires no needles or radiation, and typically takes about one hour.
